16 Ballroom Renovation
Loews Universal Orlando Royal Pacifica Resort in Orlando contracted with Master Pro Renovations to renovate 16 ballrooms and adjoining corridors and bathrooms. MPR completed the following renovation scope:
1. ACT Tiles
a. Demo and install all new ceiling grid and tiles throughout Convention Center
2. Art
a. Place new artwork
3. Base
a. Remove & install vinyl base throughout
Convention Center
4. Bathrooms
a. Demo all existing tile on walls and floor
b. Self level all floors
c. Install new wall and floor tile in 6 bathrooms
d. remove old and install new partitions in all 6 bathrooms
5. Cleaning
a. Final cleaning throughout the Convention Center
6. Drywall/Painting
a. Demo and install new drywall in 6 bathrooms and throughout Convention Center walls
b. All new paint throughout Convention Center
7. Electrical
a. Install new lighted mirrors in all bathrooms
b. Install new corridor lighting
8. Flooring
a. Demo and install new carpet, padding, and tile throughout Convention Center
b. Cement grinding in all entryways
9. Plumbing
a. Demo and install new toilets and plumbing fixtures in 6 bathrooms
10. Stone
a. Demo and install new stone counter tops in 6 bathrooms
11. Wall Covering
a. Demo and install new Vinyl Wall Covering (VWC) in 6 bathrooms and 2 registration areas
b. Demo VWC throughout all corridors
c. Remove and install new VWC on all air wall dividers
12. Wood Finishing
a. New stain on multiple wooden benches
